The features of dvdXsoft iPod Video Converter are good and easy to use. This conversion program achieves a slightly better job converting video files than DVDs. The conversion quality is acceptable and the speed required to convert a movie is just over half the time it would take to watch it. dvdXsoft also works with Windows Vista.
The help/support team at dvdXsoft was quick to respond to us. However, only one of our four email exchanges resolved the issue we encountered.
dvdXsoft has its strengths, but it is clearly not among the best DVD/Video to iPod suites.
